The personal data required during the order forwarding process are collected by CurlyBags and processed on computer and / or paper media in order to meet the obligations arising from the contract concluded with the Customer and will in no case be transferred to any third party . CurlyBags guarantees to its customers the respect of the rules on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code of the DLGS. n. 196 of 30.06.03. The data controller is CurlyBags, in the person who from time to time has the legal representation, unless a responsible person is appointed pursuant to art. 29 of the DLGS. n. 196/2003.

The Customer is entitled at any time to revoke the consent to the processing of personal data by written notice to be sent to the registered office of CurlyBags to the Customer, who declares that he has received the information pursuant to art. 13 and the rights to the same party, pursuant to art. 7 of the DLGS. n. 196/2003, has the right to access his / her data in the manner specified therein. Marketing communications will only be sent by explicit consent of the Customer granted together with the authorization to the processing and submission to the online registration form.
